I needed three small galleries for some glass bell lampshades. They sit on top of the glass to cover the electrics. Over the years the original ones had become very brittle and bits kept falling off. I gave a rough drawing to 3DMITECH, and had almost suitable replacements made and delivered in under a week.

I had underestimated the required diameter, so the gallery didn't quite cover the electrics (see picture). 3DMITECH updated the spec and produced three perfect replacements within days.
